It's been so long since we were last here that Gasly was in the red bull

Gasly in a Red Bull is that one akward phase of your life that you never talk about.

Gasly wasn't confident with that unstable red bull. Just see the comparisons, he lost a chunk of time in medium and high speed corners where max was fully comfortable to go with a higher speed.
No matter what you got to appreciate and admire checo to keep up with max in 2021.

I'd have to say it's not really Gasly's fault he couldn't drive the rb like Max. gasly was not really fast in the rb and you can see the difference in pace he has this year; he's a lot more comfy with the balance of his AT

You should have compared vettel with leclerc in q3 but clearly gasly wasn't ready to drive for wins and poles

These heavier cars rely a lot on using the throttle to rotate. The braking is also more difficult with regards to lock ups, which makes it even trickier, because the car tends to understeer on corner entry. This means you have to leave a slight margin at the end of braking so you can get on the throttle and rotate the car, otherwise you just end up with understeer. Braking early loses time though, so finding the exact amount of braking to let you throttle through the turn becomes a big challenge.

Not even in Canada we get to see a Sebastian Vettel onboard. Honestly it's disgusting, especially since Seb has taken pole position in the last 2 editions.

Can't wait for my home GP, we are most likely getting rain Friday, Saturday and Sunday is supposed to be sunny. We will see how it will pan out :)
