first: we have the regular non-magnetic dirt here unless you go to a scrapyard or a surface mine.
second: when i take a loan i take it from the bank, then buy a car so there is no opportunity for the bank to place anything inside my car.
3rd: the bank has no right to put a "locator" inside my property and if they did i could sue them and live happily ever after.
4th: i would pay back the loan.

Most "locators" are actually hidden under the dash and are tied into the cars electrical system, typically they will have a rechargeable battery that gets charged up when the engine is running and slowly discharges over time, they don't tend to charge when the engine isn't running to stop them from causing a parasitic draw on the battery which would lead to them being discovered to soon.

It will work with normal dirt as long as it contains iron. So... better check your dirt with magnet before you start to make your car dirty.

when we take a loan to buy a car, we just pay the loan. they dont use any kind of locators since its illegal . also the car belongs to the bank until u pay off the loan since it works as a collateral to get that loan .

Where I'm at, you only get a gps put on if you have a bad history with trying not to pay your loans in the first place. It just before the bank tells tells the other banks they shouldn't give loans to you.

odds are the provision for the GPS tracker is in the fine print of the agreement you signed and it is illegal to remove them because you agreed to it in writing.
