Nandos is definitely big here in Perth, Aus. I get the chicken paella also add extra nandos mild sauce on it with peri peri chips

I have the hormonal IUD and it is the best thing. Does not affect my mood at all like the pill did. They just told me to take Panadol for insertion which was okay but my worst pain for a month or two after It felt like my body was trying to push it out and I was horrible and so painful . Dr said that feeling is similar to early labor pains. Still recommend it though as once that passed it has been incredible

This is a very late comment but my new go to nandos order. I usually pick 1snack, 2 sides and 1 main

Snack: haloumi sticks or 4 peri peri wings (hot)
Side: peri peri chips, spicy rice, peri peri grilled broccolini
Main: Chicken Paella (medium), Avo Goodness Wrap (hot), Powerup bowl with chicken (Hot), Perinaise classic Pita hot (Swap perinaise for vegan perinaise, no mayo, add feta and avocado

I also have Kyleena. I had it inserted without anesthesia, and when the doctor was cleaning everything, the IUD got tangled in the cotton gauze, and the doctor accidentally pulled it out of me! Then I had to have it inserted again right away, with my cervix and uterus extremely sensitive from the first procedure.
It was terrible! I don't even know how I endured the pain.

P.S.: I’m Brazilian and will be moving to Australia next year! I’ve been following you guys for years!!! I absolutely love the podcast ❤️

You are correct i had a babies at that moment u are in so much pain, and you telling yourself never again😂but the minute its over u completely forget the pain and u want to experience it again its so weird 😅❤
