Insomnia my whole life. I’ve tried listening to different music and ambient sounds for years. I found a rain video that I liked but I thought I’d try this one because of the wind. This was the best sleep I’ve had in I don’t know how long! I didn’t even hear my three year old climb into bed with me and everything wakes me up!
I get a lot of intrusive noise through my window and this drowned out everything while keeping me asleep. I appreciated that there weren’t any jarring noises, animal sounds, even thunder. I’m listening to this every night now!
