What Is The International Criminal Court?

What is the International Criminal Court, or ICC? AJ+ explains the Hague's role in trying the world's bad guys ... but does the court have a bias?

Every country should refuse to hand over their citizens if indicted by the ICC. what kind of self respecting government allows a foreign entity to have power over their own citizens?

I think it is ridicules that the USA doesn't join the ICC and agree to international agreements that are almost universally agreed to in other counties, this isn't the only case, the American government refuses the sign treatise that out law the execution of children, the telecommunications act, treatise that outlaw cluster weapons and anti personnel mines, and whole host of human rights laws. "public men have responsibilities as well as privileges" and the USA as a super power has responsibilities too, the responsibility to be a model country to the world they want to lead and that means no double standards.

Very uninformative. Also how can you make this video and not mention the Israeli/Palestinian conflict. I would suggest remaking this video and adding, you know, facts and cases.
