First, the stacks are different so the best way to match the stacks is to reach the full forte gauge
Second, in the first try she didn't crit and with the second try the damage didn't show as the enemy died immediately

0:45 Yo With Jiyan’s Weapon her Ult did almost 70% damage, whereas with the other 2 It did almost the same around 50%-60%. 0:03 and 1:23

I don't understand why you did a comparison and its actually pointless, of course the best weapon for her is her signature weapon, Ages of Harvest because that weapon is especially designed for Jinhsi :/
