'When You Took Me Prisoner, You Should've Broken My Arms' | 7th Time Loop

Rishe Irmgard Weitzner, a duke's daughter, has a secret: she died at the age of 20 and returned to the moment five years prior when her engagement was called off. She has already experienced this time loop six times and lived out those five years a different way each time, as a merchant, a doctor, a maid, a knight, and more. Now, on her seventh go-around, she's determined to live to a ripe old age and spend it relaxing. But the moment she flees the castle with that decision in her heart, she runs into the infamously cruel crown prince of a rival kingdom, Arnold Hein. He happens to be the one who killed her during her life as a knight, but now, he seems to have taken a bizarre liking to her... and begs her to become his wife. Thus, in order to stay alive and prevent a war, Rishe utilizes her previous experiences to kick off her seventh life as the bride of an enemy nation's crown prince.

Love how Arnold already knows how insane Rishe is, so instead of asking if she tricked the guards, or picked the lock, he goes strait to "Did you punch through a wall?" 🤣

I love how certain Arnold was that Rishe escaped by jumping out of the window when Theodore told him that there were windows in that room. And to be fair, I can't blame him, after all that's what she was doing when he first met her.

I love this scene so much. Between the delivery of the speech, Rishe's proficiency with the dagger, and the way she didnt pull punches for anyone without killing a single one of them (might be a little skeptical of the fate for that last guy, though), it's brilliant. Also gotta love how this is the first instance we've seen where Rishe shows that she can get just as dark as her soon to be husband can be. 😂

Last note: does anyone else think its a shame that Arnold didnt get to see her skills in person? He obviously has no doubt in her skills, but imagine his face if he got to see what she can do up close. It would have been PRICELESS.

This also really puts into perspective how much of a monster Arnold is at combat. This is Rishe without physical conditioning. Rishe at her peak could barely cut his cheek.

The moment the dainty damsel you kidnapped goes straight THROUGH your guards and starts to explain how you should sadistically cripple your hostage to prevent escape, is the moment you need to consider a career change.

Which is sort of that prince Theodore does at the end of the episode.
