Nisha, I’m Nigerian. We flavour everything with meat. My husband might as well change his name to meat and potatoes. When I tell you that your lentil bolognese changed our worlds…we now eat vegan meals 2 or 3 times a week. You bring the ‘sauce’ that’s been missing from every other vegan recipe I’ve tried!

Nisha, I want you to know that I am not vegan and I cook one of your recipes at least once a week because they pack so much flavor. Your red lentil curry, chickpea curry, chickpea butternut squash tagine, french lentil salad, your pasta recipes -- they're all fantastic. You showed me that food doesn't need animal products to be delicious, which was a powerful message that I really needed. Thank you.

I love how gentle you are with your scrambled tofu here. I eat it almost daily since I saw your previous video and I pull it off in like 5 minutes, it looks like an absolute mess. No pressing, I crumble it fast above the pan, i make the sauce in a little cup (less dishes) and whisk it with a little spoon (less dishes) but everytime it comes out absolutely delicious 🌱

At this point I almost exclusively reach for your recipes (literally I’ve made almost everything in your last cookbook and on the website) because there has NEVER. BEEN. A. FLOP! Which is not something I can say for any other recipe creator I’ve ever tried. I so appreciate the thought that goes in to every recipe and I CANNOT wait for this new book!!! Much love 🥰
