Using auto fill look up fields to automatically populate fields from another table

As you can see, when you choose any of the customers' names, i.e. "B's beverages" the customer's fields are automatically populated with that customer's data, because these fields are set as look-up fields.

I had purchase this software and like it so far. How do i make the auto-fill editable in rich text format? I am trying to get the user to select a template from a drop-down to edit the select template content.
