And he is not wrong when he says the government of that time did injustice to his death and existence and there is a solid reason. The Nehru government after being selected and not elected Prime Minister he signed in the capacity of the Government of India that if Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose is found to be alive the Indian government has agreed to extradite him as criminal to UK and he will be hanged in UK as per the criminal trial that will be conducted in Westminster court. So if he would be found alive our freedom fighter would have to be sent to the UK for a court trial only to be hanged. This document is present in the archives of the government of India signed by Jawahar Lal Nehru only because he was frightened that if he returned back given his popularity more than Gandhi and himself, he might become the Prime Minister and also reveal all the corruption Congress, from the money given by British Government, was doing when common public were losing lives in freedom struggle. This inquiry, led by Justice Manoj Kumar Mukherjee, rejected the plane crash theory due to a lack of evidence, including the absence of official records from Taiwan. The commission speculated that Bose might have lived in hiding, potentially in Russia. However, the Indian government rejected its findings.
