Extract PDF Invoice with Text Manipulation in Microsoft Power Automate Desktop (Part 1 of 3)

Do you need to extract PDF data from tonnes of invoices, for example to then key them into the ERP, etc.? You can automate the PDF invoice data extraction using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.

But you can still perform PDF invoice data extraction totally free on the Microsoft Power Automate Desktop — and that's what we're going to show you today.

It's quite a lengthy process involving many loops and text manipulation actions, in particular the split text action, so we're going to go through them over 3 videos.

In today's Part 1 video, we'll go through the extraction of the general invoice data, e.g. contact, invoice number, subtotal, tax, total, invoice date, due date, etc.

Hi nice video. I have a problem. When the initial list is created, I will have Order #1000 on one line and then on the next loop Order #1001 will be on the same line as the last item in the previous loop. How do I fix that? I think I would need to add a "newline" character after the last line of the previous loop. But how? If you can help, thx!
