My ex would literally talk and act INSANELY mean and illogical, then I would be like STOP. Got frustrated and started crying. I didn't even shout or anything. Just upset and was firmly telling him that he was not making any sense and that I was NOT okay with his behavior, but he would react as if I had screamed as loud as I could at him and as if my head was on fire.
He would then get really calm, smirk and say things like "you should see yourself. I should film you when you're like this, so you can see how crazy you look".

Right on the dot!!! So many times!!!!pnly God knows; yes, he is waiting like a predator for the other one to explode, but saying : I knew it! . Blame for anything beyond reason so he can manipulate . Calls you very sweetly when he needs something. Would call me “ sweetheart, did you see that?” ? out if blue when he noticed his dogs poop that I failed to clean, so maybe teaching me if I ll clean that I am a sweetheart. So ding crazy- unreal

Reactive abuse and goal post shifting is what my son called it. He just couldn't stop saying terrible and untrue things about us both: after my son and I both shut our doors to stop the madness but he just kept on - my son yelled out, "You're doing it again!". I couldn't help but laugh and cry at the same time. 😢

When do you get over the complete and utter sadness of just being so messed with, even though you know and have known the reality of the situation? It makes me feel nauseous and sad all over again, it’s a long drawn out story, not a typical narc romantic relationship.

Almost 11 years in a relationship and still fighting to get away from it! 2 kids, broken heart, broken spirit, detached from the person I was when he met me!!! And for what??? .. to find out this is who and what he was the whole time. My 20s gone and half into my 30s wasted on someone that never even loved me or wanted to. I’m so stuck right now. She kept that going for years and years, mixed signals...I hid her pattern of behavior as our dirty laundry that she never wanted to work on 😆, let it go because I thought I was being the stronger bigger person and forgiving, one day you'll start breaking and won't realize it like your under a spell and it's sink or swim at that point while you're poisoned, all the while she'll/he'll have been planting seeds in everyone's minds you are a problem...😢 but if you're a child of the Most High, they'll fall in the pit the devil tricked them to dig for you for their benefit and it won't be pretty 😮 ❤😊
