There are two messages conveyed by deathnote
One, you want people to change but eventually turn up changing yourself according to them (society assumed light to be a villain and he became one)
Second, in this world a person who tries to bring change will always be overtalked by the society
This hereby negates that 1 person can bring about change in the world
According to me these are the two main lessons from deathnote
