This scene was so beautiful. This was the first time that Light didn’t mask his true emotions, because of how crazy this was. You could feel the insanity behind that “I WIN!” from Light. The best way to describe this scene is as a chess game.

L was a queen ahead of Light and was SO CLOSE to checkmating him (finding out Light was Kira). L suspected a checkmate (Light was Kira) and he had the game in the palm of his hand. You’d think that L would’ve won, but then BOOM! He loses to TIME!! (L is killed by Rem) AND YOU REALIZE THAT THIS WAS LIGHT’S PLAN ALL ALONG?!?! It just has you in such awe.
Light was in such a dangerous position, but each of his moves was calculated so precisely. Light’s plan had even the viewer shocked. He’d show a plan, the plan would get foiled, and THEN HE’D PULL OUT THE BIGGER PLAN WHICH PREDICTED THAT!? This show was crazy thrilling.
