A lot of Revenge of the Sith doesn't even make sense without Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones. The trilogy works perfectly together in setting up Anakin's rise and fall. Without the set up, the fear of loosing his mom then the rage when he does, his fall is entirely less believable in Sith. It also would ruin the movies ability to tug at your heartstrings when Obi and Ani fight. I can't get behind this at all.

I, II, III, Solo, Rogue one, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX. If you're gonna watch the films, it only makes sense to watch them in timeline order. Never understood people leaving out films or watching them out of order.

This order works right up until Ep 9 reveals that Qui-gon is Rey's grandfather and Jar Jar is Snoke.

Cannot skip attack of the clones.
As a first time watcher. AOC answered so many questions.. what is exactly the clone army. We see jedi in battle. Fits in to the clone wars premise.

Hilarious how he says episode 1 and 2 have nothing important yet he suggests you watch the mandalorian for this viewing order. Guys, the prequel hate is so stale at this point. They are good movies with good stories. If you skip Episode 1 and 2, you dont get to see the setup for anakins turn.If you skip episode 2, you wont understand the clone army. You wont understand why boba hates jedi. There are many many more things I couldn’t possible list here.

You should still watch attack of the clones as it tells you how the clones were made and how they are seen to have been manipulated by palpatine

Just watched my first Star Wars movie, I watched New Hope... movie is fun AF and it’s over 40 years old... excited to finish the Binge... I’m just gonna do the movies as they came out... the first hard Star Wars fans did it this way, they seemed happy... so I’m doing it this way 😎🎉

At first I was going to sit here and disagree with you, but I have to say that if you don’t watch it in a traditional way then your route does make a lot of sense.
