I was able to beat floor 120 with A5 Lady Goenitz, A2 Chizuru & A2 BS Zero.

I brought BS zero since he has bloodshed which is required to reduce Omega rugals revive healing since I don't have lady choi but he died so I was switching from Chizuru & lady Goenitz in a last effort & If you are using her Lady goenitz damage sometimes increases by a huge amount in a short amount of time & that happened to rugal after his healing triggered, I wasn't expecting to beat it & was shocked.

Regardless she helped me do it so I am happy!

Managed to cleared floor 120 with Lady Goenitz without bleed/bloodshed dot.Spamming Lady Goenitz limitless actually can outmuscled Rugal's hp regen.Of coz u need buff from Pai Chan & Chizuru in the process

I left the game for a while when I were just in level 80, lady goenitz has carry me to level 105, currently stuck with Kronhen since his attacks hitboxes are bs, but I'm sure i can beat him with a3 lady goenitz after trying a bit more and getting used to those crappy hit boxes that hit you even if you are behind him

You can't kill this boss because his healing triggers at low hp and you should have high dps to kill within a range so that it doesn't trigger healing hp again.
