How to properly lube your cases with the RCBS® Case Lube Pad.

Been using the same rcbs case lube pad since 1975!

When I reloaded rifle rounds years ago. I used RCBS case lube and a rubber stamp ink pad. (can be found at office supply stores, get one with no ink:)) you don't need to drench cases in lube. Rub the lube well into the pad. A little bit goes a long way. For lubing inside of case necks RCBS has/had a small nylon bristle brush. Roll it on the pad a few times and just run it in and out of the case neck. Remember that a little lube goes a long way. When I rolled cases on the pad, I didn't worry about lube on shoulder and neck. But then I didn't drench them in lube like as shown in video. Never had a problem with cases going into and coming out of die. You will notice a difference if you don't lube inside of neck. And...you betchya clean off lube before shooting.

what about lubing the inside neck area where you are going to get friction when the ball expander goes through on the down swing of the press handle? what lube do you recommend to use for the inside neck area, and do you recommend to clean off the lube before you shoot the round?

Best way to remove this lube from the case after sizing ?

The inside of the cases I use some Motor Mica White Powder, ? On a case brush, ? & do the insides of the cases.? this stuff is great, ? and can be used on your dies also.?

How do you clean the pad if you get dirt on it?

The instructions tell me too use a table spoon! What a mess!!

The RCBS Case Lub, Has a Hazard warning, ? About not getting on your Hands or Skin etc, ? Plus the bottle does not state what is in the Lub & what chemical's is in it.? By Law.? There should be an MDS Sheet according to OSHA.? About what stuff is in it etc.? Notice in the Video.? She is rubbing in the Pad with her Hands & No Gloves etc.?
