✳️ Macros (makes 16 slices):
48 Cals, 5g Carbs, 1g Fat, 5g Protein

*ONLY 772 cals and 75g protein for 16 slices*

✳️ Ingredients for Wet Ingredients:
1 Whole Egg
170g or 3/4 Cups Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
120mL or 1/2 Cups Almond Milk
30g or 2tbsp Light Butter, Melted

✳️ Ingredients for Dry Ingredients:
90g or 3/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
72g or 6tbsp Granular Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve)
1 Scoop Vanilla Casein Protein Powder (I used @legion - code nickkaz saves 20%)
14g or 1tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips (*optional*)
4mL or 1tsp Vanilla Extract (*optional*)
2g or 1/2tsp Baking Powder
1g or 1/2tsp Salt

✳️ Ingredients for Chocolate Swirl:
20g or 1/4 Cups Dark Cocoa Powder

✳️ Ingredients for Frosting:
48g or 1/4 Cups Confectioners Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve)
113g or 1/2 Cups Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
4mL or 1tsp Vanilla Extract (*optional*)

✳️ Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grab mixing bowl. Add ingredients for wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
3. Grab another mixing bowl. Add ingredients for dry ingredients.
4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix.
5. Separate batter into two bowls. Add ingredients for chocolate swirl to one. Mix thoroughly.
6. Add mixture to long loaf tin with parchment paper or cooking spray. Do this in layers (vanilla followed by chocolate). Swirl together with a toothpick.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (I 3x this recipe and used a lasagna trio loaf pan so my slices are thin and smaller).
8. Grab another mixing bowl. Add ingredients for frosting. Mix. Store in fridge while baking so it thickens.
9. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Top with mixed frosting. Slice into 12 slices. Store in fridge. Then enjoy!
