Now that we’re getting into winter, my area is expecting a snowstorm tomorrow. I spoke with a neighbor and he mentioned that everyone is running out to pickup some food items for the snowstorm. While I realize that the pandemic started after snow season, after the events of 2020, one should consider that, if they’re unprepared for a mere snowstorm...

I did go out to the store myself but, it was for things I wanted. Not things I would need, in the event I was snowed in for weeks or months, which would be closer to a grid or SHTF down situation.

So, people should consider that, if they’re unprepared for what is likely to be a short-lived weather pattern, even considering subsequent cleanup, what would happen if there was a real, long term emergency. They should plan on having a “Snivelless Snowstorm” as, the writing has been on the wall, for months, if not years. I cannot imagine not preparing, especially if I had a family dependent upon me.
