I've heard this segment quite a few times before, but this time I got even greater clarity on something. It was when Bashar talked about how we can only self-sabotage ourselves from the 3D reality, and that all those negative beliefs and doubts, etc, can only come from the 3D reality perspective. This really made me feel a big release of resistance because I made a clear connection. As my higher 4D mind knows the path to everything I want and will deliver it as soon as I stop resisting, and as that higher 4D mind never delivers me any negative belief, or doubt, or ever does anything to sabotage itself (itself being a part of me), then basically I can simply just ignore any 3D limiting mindset that are limiting, no matter how the 3D mind tries to convince me that they make sense and that I should follow that train of thought or belief.

Essentially what I'm saying is that as the 3D mind only knows how to get what it wants once it has it, then why listen to it when it's telling you this is the way to get it before you have it. I can simply disregard what the 3D mind is telling me because it simply doesn't know anything that it doesn't already have. The same can be said for the 4D higher mind, but the difference is that the 4D higher mind already has access to what is wanted, and so it knows how to get it.

If I want something and I don't know exactly how to get it (because I don't already have it in 3D reality), then whatever the 3D mind tells me about how I should go about getting it is incorrect and can be disregarded. Thinking about it this way stops me from following trains of thought and beliefs that may seem convincing, but are just a waste of time and effort, and are only serving negative belief systems that are doing everything they can to stop me from actually having the things that I want and deserve.
