that easy because water contains different else from fire because water is stronger than fire and no fire. It’s a burns is because water is healthy and the flame it’s stopping the water so the water is stopping the flame.

I was blazing one day and I have a fire pit outside. I threw a full water bottle in the pit, like a Poland spring bottle and it just would not melt. Then I thought what would it take for that bottle to melt? The water to heat up so much it started to turn to steam to blow off the top, so the water spills out then it melts?

I took a plastic water bottle and heated it with a mapp gas torch, the bottle melted. I thought that the water would prevent it from melting. Is there a certain temperature that this no longer works or why did it melt?
