Thank you for bringing attention to ALS. My oldest brother was diagnosed with it shortly after the Ice Bucket challenge. He only has use of his hands now. He will die soon and that makes me so sad.

I can't eat spicy food but if my friends and fellow followers of Chef John would be mindful of those people that are dieing of this disease and if possible keep the challenge going. Great strides were made from the Ice Bucket challenge and hopefully soon ALS will be a thing of the past. Thank you Chef John and God Bless all the you tube fans.
