Even though the name "Jibreel" doesn't have a meaning in the Arabic language, its clearly applied as a name of an angel in the Quran, and Jibreel is indeed mentioned three times, as the one who have brought down the Quran. Unfortunately, there's no mention of "Mikaeel" as a name of an angel in the Quran, and even if we qualify this term as a name of an angel, the single mention of Mikaeel in the Quran doesn't provide any information about his status or role in Islam, while both Israfeel and the fourth angel aren't mentioned in the Quran at all.
