I met him in NYC with Chris Reeves. The energy is permanent. A very bright light went out when they both passed on. Never forgotten. 😅😇🥰

Robin was a national treasure. He was a great man who came to as very tragic demise. I hope he is happy wherever he is, as he made so many people all around the world happy.

This was one of the gentlest approaches to Robin Williams story, that allowed Robin Williams to speak feelings and insight and did not constantly plug his humor stand up. He wasn’t just a comedian. He was a genius with so much to offer to us. Thank you for sharing his insightful side.

I cry everytime I hear about Robin. Always such an uplifting and exciting person to observe. Such an awful lot to lose in the process.

This moved me to tears. As someone who's also struggling with depression for more than a decade now, I can totally relate to this "autopilot" thing he mentions. I used to be a teacher (for adults), and there were days when I literally thought I would rather die than go out to give a class. And then the time came to go, and it was like hitting a switch. The moment I entered the classroom, I felt like a totally different person. I did my thing, I talked to the students, I joked with them, no one would have suspected anything. And as soon as I went out, I felt miserable again.

Tja, zo werkt het nu eenmaal. Gelukkig krijgen we genoeg kans om onze fouten goed te maken. Is het nooit in dit leven dan is het in ons volgend leven. Lang lieve de Ziel❤️🤗🍀

I looked up to Robin as a child even. I didn't see "bad" or "good" I just saw how he brightened people's lives whether it be comedy or enlightening stories and thoughts. The roles he played in movies where vast and swallowed you into the experience as if you can feel what that character was going through. It helped me figure out how to live through depression as a young kid growing up. I looked at it as somewhat of a guide on how to live even when you didn't feel like doing so. Like you're on borrowed time so you might as well help others until you figure out a way to help yourself. My depression was ironically the worst it's been around the time he passed so I took the news hard because I'm my mind Robin and I, along with millions of others, were fighting the battle of depression side by side in this life.. We lost an amazing comrade on this earth but he left such a life to cherish and embrace and be able to look back on as if he's still here with all of us fighting through life's struggles.

Much love y'all 💚
Keep your heads up and know someone around you is willing to help, you need only ask. 💚

I remember growing up watching Mork and Mindy thinking-"this guy is HILARIOUS!" Then he started making movies...did stand-up. He was unwavering, just unstoppable.
The thing that the public does NOT see is the "behind the scenes" of depression, addiction, etc and how it takes over your life. I suffer from depression and "get it". On the outside you're all smiles and happy, then reality sets in and the sadness comes back. I've done stand-up and I've been in plays, so I understand what it's like to be "happy for the crowd"....then there's the REAL you!
Our loss is Heaven's gain. Thank you God for giving us Robin, hopefully one day I'll get to meet you.

His death hit me hard. I did not want it to be real. Though I never met him, he touched my heart and I felt a kibd of kinship with him He always was so authentic, and that takes being open and strength. He gained alot of wisdom and he was generous with us all, with the wisdom he gained from lessons he learned, I pray you are in Heaven Robin, making God laugh and feeling how much you are still loved by us all still here on earth.
