It sounds like what I had. In 1992 I started to get pains on my right side. They weren't too bad, just a quick sharp pain, then it was gone.But things really hit home, when an acquaintance asked me if I was pregnant. I noticed my stomach was getting bigger, and when I would lay down, there was what looked like a "baby bump". I found out it was a large Dermoid cyst.I was grateful that it was benign.
