Didn’t realize I needed this. I’ve been going through a lot of emotional stress with deep losses grief pain and sorrow. I played this overnight after exchanging some intense texts with my spouse who served me with divorce papers yesterday. I haven’t been sleeping well for months. I woke up feeling more rested than ever. It felt like peace in every cell of my body. I had no pain soreness or stiffness. My mind was clear. Amazing. I want to feel this way everyday. It’s bittersweet how much I needed this. It knocked me out within minutes. I slept more deeply than I have in many years without Benadryl. I’m still really tired. The workplace I currently am at is SO toxic. My body started reacting with illness every time I THINK about going to work, let alone show up.
