Anise cookie so yummy

1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of boiling water with anise seeds

In another bowl
3 1/2 cups of flour
1 1/2 teaspoons BP
2 tablespoons of anise powder
1 tablespoon of anise seed
1/2 cup of oil
mixed altogether & add the sugar mixture
