I also found it very sweet when Meredith started to talk in Italian, Deluca was more fascinated by her, than actually surprised. I don’t know, it was almost endearing.

Since Derek died, I hadn't saw a guy who could be a good match for her. I didn't like her with Rigg, it was too weird and messy. But now, I see real potential with Deluca. He's cute, young but charismatic in his own way, audacious, he's caring, sweet and he naturally succeed to bring out the lightness that Meredith had when she was younger. It's like i can see Meredith from S1-3 back again, all flirty, funny and seductive. Since Derek died, she had become so "stiff" with people and only center on her kids. But now i see a new perspective for her, a new chance to live a great lovestory full of rollercoaster like Shonda like to do. And I know that i really ship them cause i never get tired to watch their scenes over and over again lool

I love that moment right when his eyes go from her lips to her eyes when she’s speaking to him in Italian. No one will ever be Derek but I’m happy with deluca

There is so much natural chemistry here. There’s something about these two that just fits so well ! I wanted them to kiss so bad but I hope Shonda keeps the sexual tension going for a while.

I love how, after he let her down, she didn’t pull away immediately. She liked being in his arms. She liked being held again like she was cherished. I hope I have someone who will hold me like Andrew held Meredith in that moment

I now get why she liked him speaking Italian it's because she feels that he was being really honest with her. It was a huge deal for her because I think a lot of the guys that she generally goes for aren't always honest with her and it can be hard for her to connect to people but DeLuca relates to her in a way that many of her colleagues don't.
