When we multiply any number by 9 Ex:- 8 multiply 9 =72 and if we add 8 and 9 = 17. Then, the tens place of 72 is 7 and the ones place of 17 is 7. Thus, if we multiply any number by 9 and add the multiplier and multiplicand the tens digit of the product = the sum of the digits

ACTUALLY THE CORRECT STATEMENT I THINK WOULD BE THAT "Until we get a single digit "
I.e. 498 ka sod(sum of digit) h 21 and 2+1=3
And 507 ka sod h 12 and 1+2=3
Then their sod are equal
Similarly with 200 and 209
Also 998 ka sod h 26 and 2+6=8
And 998+9=1007 and its sod equals to 8

425+8=433=4+3+3=10

When we multiply any number with 9, the sum is always divisible by 9.
Example - 16 × 9 = 144
1 + 4 + 4 = 9
13 × 9 = 117
1 + 1 + 7 = 9
