Its not just an early game weapon but its one of the best weapons in the entire game literlly the best str/dex build weapon

This sword has carried me through 32 hours of my and this is my first time playing a Soulsborn game. And I Just got to lava Manor because of this sword.

If you're struggling against the boss i recommend just putting on the heaviest shield and armor you have and only counter-attack at the end of combos/single hits. Also, if your stance is about to break, it's better to dodge away and regen (if the boss is halfway through a combo)

Would highly recommend the morning star. Doesn't look like much but it's super easy to get early and damn near carried an entire playthrough for me. Good weapon for going for an early kill of the big sleepy dragon, too!

Idk, you ever get invaded, wait for some guy to drop by and kill the invader and then casually get a dagger pretty much anybody can pick and that shit just obliterates anything by bleed spam?

Sword of night and flame for me lol I fucked up at the start of my first play through I got the golden halberd and level 14 and put like 20 points into strength

It's nothing like the Farron Great sword... It's exactly like the Wolf's Great sword that you get from the covenant.

Uchi katana with spinning strike is 100x better imo. Doesnt even need somber stones to upgrade and the samurai starts with it.
