Just a point, don't know if anyone has mentioned it. The burner can be removed so if you do drop the wicks, you can remove the burner and have a much larger hole to get the wicks back out. I say this as you said you have spent hours trying to fish them out through the filler hole. Hope this helps. Take care

Do I own a greenhouse? Nope.
Do I own a paraffin heater? Nope
Do I grow plants? Nope
Did I watch all the way through your video? Sure did.

I've just moved and inherited one of these inside the greenhouse here, never had a greenhouse before I'm so excited to have one! and it's housing some jasmines and a palm at the moment along with a few basket plants I saved and you have just explained it perfectly! I think I can have a go using it now I wasn't sure what the heck it was LoL I have everything in plastic tubs & wrapped in double bubble and cardboard for protection and I even lit a few candles the other night when it dropped icy but this would be brilliant to use in there, thanks I really appreciate the video. Happy gardening.

The paraffin heater also provides extra co2 into the greenhouse witch is beneficial for the plants, the electric heater doesn't .

Thank you for this excellent guide! I’m using at the moment as temps are currently -2 in Ayrshire which is unknown! My greenhouse is only 1 degrees different from outside as it hardly gets direct sun in the winter time. Thanks to you my fire is lit and my tender plants warming up as I write! Thanks again! 🫶🏼🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Just brought my first parrafin heater. My greenhouse was full of black smoke and was so disappointed. I then watched this video and feeling much better. I did have a long wick and think is done it completely wrong. Going to give it another go tomorrow. Thankyou for the informative video it's appreciated 😊

I have the same size greenhouse as you and my heater will be delivered this coming Wednesday with 8Lts fuel, looking forward to looking at your other videos.

I have since established that the small electric oil filled radiator is rated at 800w. NOT the kilowatt rating that I mentioned during the video. Sorry for the confusion everyone 🤔

Worth pointing out that the reservoirs rust easily and if you're not careful will spring a leak within a year

Useful 👍🏽 I just bought one of these and it came with very little instruction, so this has really helped.

Thanks for the great video. Few questions, I notice that you have bubble wrap in your greenhouse, is this necessary when using the greenhouse heater? Do you run the heater 24hrs or just night-time when the temperature drops?

Thanks for this video, prevented me from doing it totally wrong to begin with. I also bought today a parrafin heater to supplement my elentric heating in the glasshouse, lets see how it turns out, so far I am happy 7c plus is really nice and should keep the greenhouse on good enough temperatures without tapping to heavily into electricity.

I have a tiny greenhouse as well in a city. 9ft x 4ft x 7ft tall. Built with two found double insulated windows. Planning now for sub zero next year.
