Logitech G102 | Cursor Movement Issue | any fix?

hello guys I'm facing this issue on my new Logitech g102 mouse, when I move up or down my cursor jumps, already tried all mouse settings and ghub settings, tried changing port but no luck.

i get this issue regularly without mousepad, but with mousepad, i have never noticed this issue
