Anxiety and Nausea Symptoms are very common! In this video, If give you the most Common Nausea Symptoms, the causes of these symptoms, and some quick relief to help you get rid of the Nausea. If you suffer from anxiety disorders such as panic disorder, GAD, depression, health anxiety, or social anxiety, then you may often experience symptoms of Nausea! Being Nauseated can be one of the worst feeling you can experience when under high amounts of stress and anxiety. There are 3 main causes that are linked to anxiety. Higher amounts of adrenaline in the body can affect hormones in the body that disrupt stomach functions, enzymes, and stomach acid. This can lead to extreme Nausea. When I had panic attacks, I would get short but intense episodes of nausea that would have me in the bathroom. I would rarely vomit though and usually nausea associated with stress and anxiety leads to vomiting. The next cause is muscle tension. Almost every symptom of anxiety is caused by muscle tension with nausea being no exception. Muscle tension squeezes the stomach and can force stomach acid upwards creating a nauseated situation lol. The third cause is IBS or IBS symptoms caused by anxiety. Most people with IBS have high levels of stress and anxiety. So how to stop or get rid of nausea and give quick relief. In order to relieve nausea, do light exercise, eat light meals, make sure you dont have an empty stomach, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, use herbal supplements, try peppermint and bananas, and over the counter medicines like pepto bismol or tums nausea relief. Main way to stop nausea is to work on anxiety itself.
