Anxiety and Nausea Symptoms are very common! In this video, If give you the most Common Nausea Symptoms, the causes of these symptoms, and some quick relief to help you get rid of the Nausea. If you suffer from anxiety disorders such as panic disorder, GAD, depression, health anxiety, or social anxiety, then you may often experience symptoms of Nausea! Being Nauseated can be one of the worst feeling you can experience when under high amounts of stress and anxiety. There are 3 main causes that are linked to anxiety. Higher amounts of adrenaline in the body can affect hormones in the body that disrupt stomach functions, enzymes, and stomach acid. This can lead to extreme Nausea. When I had panic attacks, I would get short but intense episodes of nausea that would have me in the bathroom. I would rarely vomit though and usually nausea associated with stress and anxiety leads to vomiting. The next cause is muscle tension. Almost every symptom of anxiety is caused by muscle tension with nausea being no exception. Muscle tension squeezes the stomach and can force stomach acid upwards creating a nauseated situation lol. The third cause is IBS or IBS symptoms caused by anxiety. Most people with IBS have high levels of stress and anxiety. So how to stop or get rid of nausea and give quick relief. In order to relieve nausea, do light exercise, eat light meals, make sure you dont have an empty stomach, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, use herbal supplements, try peppermint and bananas, and over the counter medicines like pepto bismol or tums nausea relief. Main way to stop nausea is to work on anxiety itself.

i feel very nauseous often and it’s terrible, i got very anxious in public today and it made me very very nauseous, i’m glad i found this video. i really don’t eat enough but it’s not purposely, it’s just i don’t have any apatite anymore

My whole life I've always felt like throwing up when meeting new people, but once I finally meet them I feel much better, so if you have an anxiety problem with people, the best way to overcome it is to meet more people👍

I’ve gone through this. I still have generalized anxiety disorder with panic attacks, but to whoever reads it, you CAN and WILL get better. Seek out a therapist or if you can’t afford one, there’s plenty of free online resources. I also prayed so if you believe in that, then it wouldn’t hurt to pray. Feel better soon. ♥️

Dude, everything you said here is great and true! I struggle with this nausea from anxiety and it took me months to realize that it was, in fact, anxiety.

Also, another tip is to run your hands under warm to hot water for a minute or two. It activates the parasympathetic nervous system which helps to relax you.

Thank you so much for talking about this, just knowing im not alone helps! I literally felt so disgusted from eating a salad tonight, but i forced myself and im looking forward to fixing my appetite so i can heal the anxiety🙏🏽 my problem now is finding and preparing the food that'll help me feel better. To anyone reading this, I think anxiety is what's causing me to worry about throwing up and the layer on feeling sick, Ive noticed that I never get it at school and I think it's because I'm distracted talking to my friends, I'm not sure for any solution of this problem but here is a tip I can give - always distract yourself, if you keep overthinking about it, the chances are it may happen
