Thank you so much for this. It saved us loads of money on getting engineer out on a Sunday. So far we only recovered hot water but part of the problem may be with our Salus controller. We had a power cut and looks like this is what started it, we couldn't clear the error off the boiler and Baxi help team were less than helpful over the phone. Thanks!

Me has salvado de pagar 500€. Hoy a venido un técnico y me dice que ese fallo es de la placa base y que la reparación son entre 450 y 500€...y le digo si la caldera solo tiene 4 años y 2 años he estado viviendo fuera.
Se ha ido para averiguar el precio final y he hecho lo que enseñas en el vídeo y ahora me va perfecto!! Muchas gracias!!! Me has salvado de gastar en tonto...😘😘

Thanks for this, I'm from the UK and that boiler here is called baxi, I was on hold to them for 1 hour 10 minutes, I then searched YouTube and found this. Wish I searched YouTube first.
