I do believe the budget friendly versions of Apple products would be a game changer in terms of increasing market share, introducing new customers in to the ecosystem. Those new budget friendly customers will likely turn into premium purchases, down the road, long term.

Just tell us what their plan is. Stop talking fluff for the first half of the video.

I do believe Apple is doing the right thing by doing more affordable products for people who are on a limited budget. I do like the SE lineup for all devices. It’s a good thing. They need to keep doing it. We need to put android to shame.❤

I used to be an Apple Sheep and rock the iPhone SE. It's always gonna be a fave of mine, but it's time for a reboot. I'd love to have a iPad SE or MacBook SE in cool colors for under $800. I think Apple SHOULD go with cheaper devices to compete with budget Android. This will bring me back to using Apple instead of Android. And many others will love it too. I want an iPhone 16 SE. 😊

This approach could allow them to reorganize their confusing naming schemes as well. As we’ve seen with the new iPads, ‘Air’ doesn’t mean lighter or thinner anymore, it means ‘pro lite’ instead. By consolidating to a SE, Regular, and Pro line for the Mac, iPad, and iPhone, you have three clear pricing categories. Then, within the Regular and Pro categories, you offer 2-3 sizes for each product:

MacBooks: 13” SE with LED screen and old chip, 13”/15” Regular with Mini LED with base M# chip, and 14”/16” Pro with OLED and Max/Ultra M# chip.
iPads: 11” SE with unlaminated LED screen, Mini/11”/13” Regular with MiniLED screen, and Mini/11”/13” Pro with OLED.
iPhones: 5.4” SE, 5.8”/6.1”/6.7” Regular, 5.8”/6.1”/6.7” Pro. All with OLED but varying chips, cameras, and features like refresh rate and AOD to differentiate.

This gives consumers at every price point a size option that they’re happy with and unifies the offerings across the three main product lines.

I think if they go with a budget friendly version of each thing would be great. It'll pull people into the apple eco system.

Just get people into the ecosystem. That is exactly what Android does. Less premium components equals more affordable products. I still think Apple should divide itself into a high teir Ultra. Regular Apple line and then the SE line.

If Apple ever releases a budget macbook se it would not have M silicon that would just raise the costs way to high. Based on the newest Ai features that they are releasing and for cost reasons it would make sense to have A silicon instead like the A18/A18 Pro.

The thumbnail pisses me off because if we don’t get an iPhone SE mini with a 3.5 or 4 inch screen for $199 then I got my hopes up for nothing. I wouldn’t get it but I would like to go to a store to try it out lol.

I always keep my last gen phone as a backup. Right now -15 and XR are my 2 iPhones. I travel a lot so if 1 breaks/lost/or stolen I have a back up.... If apple makes the next SE affordable (350 or less) I would totally buy it and use as my back up phone. It doesn't need much, No Oled, no 120 htz, no 5g, just a mini size with Lcd screen, 1 Camera... I don't even care if its made of plastic. If it works like a good apple phone and is lightweight.... I'm happy..
So Yeah they need to enter the low end market.. and I think a lot of people would start having 2 phones like me. and A ton of android users would switch because they can afford it now.

I’ve had the SE2 since new. Runs like a hall of fame champ. A king. And it runs hard nearly non stop with only a few issues

low end products from Apple will only get you 64gb of HD. You need to spend additional $100 more for 128gb. Most Andriod phones comes with 128gb and SD slot.

Another "agree" for lower to mid range products. I think Apple is doing a great job at highest-end stuff; HOWEVER, not all want and need all the top features, cameras that have max videophile features, gazillions of gestures controls to learn, etc., etc., etc. Such make keeping up with "how to use" a real time-demand and memory challenge. Some do not want their phone to be a computer alternative, and just want a good phone that is a bit easier to learn and use, doesn't require an IT degree to keep-up with all the every-feature-possible and requires hours of time to keep up with so many new features at each IOS upgrade (ones that Apple doesn't really help users understand and demands we go to youtube to people like you to find out what got added, how to use, all the new gestures - and them remember them ALL...). SLIMMER and lighter = the iPhone X (10) series were amazing phones, SLIM and light, easy in the pocket (not a little brick that protrudes pockets and more), camera was fine for MANY - and in my opinion the SE4 could be more like the X (10) series. Honestly, these phones are now so jam-packed with features and many are NOT iPhone-a-philes who want a new expensive phone every year or two that has so many more features than many may not actually use. Yes, it is a challenge to discern which features to trim or limit - but I know I do not need a 48mp camera that adds weight and thickness to my phone; and, as a well educated man, with multiple degrees - I do not want to learn every feature - that if I do not use regularly I will not remember how to use (and then have to search if I ever want to use it - no less remember ALL of them even exist to search to use if/when wanted on rare occasion). I think the "SE" concept is a great idea, offers plenty at more affordable prices - but has still become thicker and likely still includes so much of what I wrote herein above. Some of us want a phone that is easy and far more intuitive to learn and use, has all the most basic features and apps, good battery life, easier to follow updates and changes, does not become an overwhelming time-drain to stay up-to-date and does not include making users pay for so much that non-cellphone-a-philes never use. The Apple ecosystem is WHY I pay for and use Apple products, but there will come a time when this approach of including the kitchen sink, shower, surgeon, and aeronautics - and making us pay for all of those (and more) - will reduce the relative value of paying just for the benefits of the ecosystem devices-interactivity.
