My hyperboom connects to my phone throguh bluetooth but it does not refresh on the app and stays on "come back to boom app" like it dose not recognize my hyperboom that has already been paired. I need help!

I got hyperboom and the app won’t pair two together the music cuts off and then when you got t
reconnect them the app won’t recognize the speaker till you get up and turn them off and back one 😖 show a video of how to pair two up without the UE app

Bought one in May and it will connect to my devices just no sound comes out of the speaker what so ever. Is connected and I van control the volume just no sound comes out what so ever. I'm not even getting a chime.

Looks almost perfect, the only logical thing missing is WiFi connection. I would have ordered one for each room in my house if it had wifi support so I could intergrate with my google home. I will have to go with sonos instead, too bad.

No blinking light on my boom, no boom in the list of Bluetooth devices on my iPhone and iPad devices. So what next? Found it: opposite to the enlightened „minus“ (-) sign, there is a tiny little button below the light that is supposed to blink (but does not in my case). That is the Bluetooth button from the description in the app. When you press that for 3 seconds, it will blink and connect.
