Pyro 24:55 I honestly just want you to give this a go for a few months to see how you feel but lift weights 2x a week no more, but, you do as few sets as you need, basically some lighter work with the lift to warm up and build up to that weight, once you have warmed up and you feel ready, it's best to have someone spot you but there's many great options where nos spot is needed, and on that last and only meaningful set you go to absolute failure, until the weight does not move aim to about 6-10 reps but that's just convenient anything from 5-20 reps will keep you from running into walls, rep ranges mostly don't matter btw it's what works for your joints and ligaments don't go too high though because your cardio will quit before the muscle is done, you can still do cardio but not if it's very demanding, fuck all the raw liver stuff this method literally makes your body transform into a chad because it feels like it needs that to survive and also it just makes you feel good, working out more often and less intensely is only logical with cardio, ik ur not a gym rat but this seriously helped me, my mood and sex drive are through the roof, mental cognition and clarity and also growth is night and day to when I was training 6x a week and basically stunting the fuck out of any recovery or progressive overload, I think and if you do actually do this I know it will change you like it did me I was relatively jacked but I never seem to go anywhere, feel like a grown man and I looked like a teenager (I was) but in a years time I have changed my life has changed, it's like putting a chad filter over yourself (that's the part I think you must care about), but more and more people are catching onto this and I wanted to try to let you know so you don't waste time like I did also I was addicted to the gym when I went 6x a week and it will do that to your central nervous system just like caffeine, I honestly think you could use the fuck out of this because you're a media guy and who doesn't want to look more handsome since you do talk about your jaw pretty often I think in a year it would help see more positive change than you think
