This is actually based off of a real game. The story is that the developer's wife died and he put his wife's soul into the game to have her forever. Completing the game results in her soul being released, but by not turning in the last flag, John gets to keep his wife's soul. The decision to set her free or let John keep his wife is up to you.

As a person who has autophobia, I hate single player horror games.
Even though it isn't in real life and it's just in the game, i still get a eerie feeling just by playing the game.

Timeline of events in no players online: you spawn in and your objective is to find and capture the first flag. Once you capture the first flag creepy music starts to play. Once you capture the second flag someone will join with a username changing every second so roblox can’t search it up and you have you’re first encounter. Once you have the third flag you have to get to spawn as quick as possible once you do that you win but get kicked.

Fun fact: This game was based on a creepypasta, where you got access to a game, with the creator's ghost wife inside. You would find a record that kept playing in capture the flag. Once you found it and destroyed it. The Ghost of the wife would be angry at you and would come at you trying to end you. The creator closed the game off from the public so nobody would play it but you were able to for some reason.

I'm probably not the first to discover it, but I just wanted to point out something I saw in the video:

I think the eye dialogue (from 4:33 to 5:19) is half-based on the Max Headroom hijacking incident (basically, in 1987, some guy decided to hijack a tv program, ramble about nonsense, and got someone to smack his ass for a good minute before the program resumed normal broadcasting. The hijack clip can be found all over youtube if you just search for it).

"Your love is fading."
"I just made a giant masterpiece for all of the greatest world newspapers!"
"My brother is wearing the other one."
"It's dirty."

These quotes are a little altered (and some outright taken) from the original hijacking:

"Yeah, I think I'm better than Chuck Swirsky- frickin' liberal."
"Your love is fading." (they were both the same.)
"Oh, I think I just made a giant masterpiece for all the world's greatest newspaper nerds!"
"My brother is wearing the other one... it's dirty!" (yet again, the same line.)
