The charge port is in the perfect spot. I have a Volt and it's super handy to have right there. Works in many types of garage.

I want to see you drive this car. This is NOT a review. This is discussing about a spec sheet.

The location of the charging port is quite nice there. You get out of the car and you plug-it right away. As someone said, you need to charge this car to be able to enjoy it to the max with all its features. I have another instalment of the same tech in another BMW car and I enjoy it. I do most of my local drive in electric mode, and when I hit the road, I am not dependent of the almost non-existent charging infrastructure we have over here. What I would have liked... more electric range.

As someone who knows nothing about hybrids, electric cars, or PHEVs, excuse my lack of knowledge, but if you were to use the car on full hybrid mode, which to my understanding allows the car to choose when to use the electric motor vs the internal combustion motor, how long does the electrical motor last on hybrid mode before all the charge is used up? I know the car gets 75 mpge, but how long does that last?

Had one as a loaner when my 5 was in maintenance. Was very impressed with how fast and fun it was. Wish they'd go back to traditional round gauges though!

So there is a guy standing next to a car and waving hands for almost 10 minutes. That car never moves. I don't think a BMW can be reviewed in such a way.

I'm really torn between this and the gas only 330i with m-package. I want them both!

I think the electric outlet is up front to lessen the distance to a conveniently located power cable. The gas door is ugly and perhaps a hidden in the grill outlet door would have been better.
I still would love a M series gas and yes big grills are ugly.

I'm a little confused about the complaint about the battery charge door. Don't, like, 90% or more of all gasoline vehicles have a fuel filler door over the left or right rear wheel arch? Why is this not the same thing? Oh yeah, you moved it to the front fender instead, my bad. I do agree however, if they could come up with a front mounted and cleverly hidden charge spot, they absolutely should. Ever seen the fuel fill on a '56 Bel Air? Hidden behind the rear tail light. 65 Chevelle? Hidden behind the rear license plate.

I went back in time to look up the price of the base level version of the '21 330e - no options at all - and it was $34, 142 US in Canada.
You guys are paying too much. I did get the XDrive for $38k US here (because snow)

base its 43k. subtract green tax credits and other incentives and you are looking at low 30`s
