First Aid training in a war zone

In this video Tim talks about the highest risk portion of the aid mission delivering first aid training inside a war zone. Dealing with anxiety and keeping the team focused.

Tim has just returned from his 4th mission to Ukraine delivering humanitarian supplies and first aid training.

The team drove from Scotland to Poltava which is 4 hours east of Kyiv in Ukraine. The risk has increased significantly over the past few weeks with Russian drone and missile attacks becoming more and more frequent across the country.
