I mean to be fair hecarim is pretty weak by himself. People see 1 clip of doanel or some other otp having 20 kills, when 9/10 games this champ is medicore/borderline useless. Problem is, he can just build all the broken items. Revert them or rework this champ at this point or its never gonna end. Champion that has scaling with ad, ap, armor, mr, ms, cdr, sheen, on-hit(muramana & hydra) omnivamp & cc. Seems like a well designed champion if your company is still living in 2013.
