Wrote down my thoughts about this so I got it myself, maybe it will benefit someone else too:

What's life energy?
To be consciously aware of everyday miracles.
What's the miracles?
Everything you see. The tree that was once a seed. The building that once was a tree. The animals and humans who's cells keeps renewing because of food and water. The water that has traveled around the world in various shapes. Everything. Everything. Everything you see, is nothing short but a everyday miracle. And when you see these things made of creation with appreciation and in awe- that's when you're living with the life energy through you and around you. An ongoing cycle of being aware of and in the life energy itself. Bliss!

When ever I get the opportunity, I speak of Sadhguru . again I say it's wonderful to be able to watch, hear and listen to living wisdom . especially in these days, where many are feuding because of race. NAMASKARAM SADHGURUJI. Since last 7-8 years, every click on your video solves some problems, develops new insights within innerself and makes me feel lucky to listen and know you. But this is big one. Thanks a ton. Solves lots of my queries through life, always had questions against incidents without my awareness. Could understand to a great extent after this video how and why such situations occur. Am hoping to find more answers through your channel as how one could be protected from such negative energies.
