This is an absolute masterpiece, so I’m not surprised Yvonne just talked about your edit during an Instagram live with Amanda Brugel and Madeline Brewer a few minutes ago! I’ve been obsessed with this since it came out and sending it to everyone I know, so having her acknowledging it was everything.

Sometimes, we become what we wish to destroy. I don’t think June is Serena. I think their circumstances and actions are very different, however there are still many interesting parallels. I think June was sucked in by the same misery that Serena has within herself. While, Serena is tortured, June is even more so and most of it was by Serena’s hands. Hopefully, she can find who she is again. That will be a big step towards her actually healing.
