About patriot tire smoke, you can get it very easily by setting your crew colour to pure black and putting crew tire smoke, which magically converts into 3-colour patriot tire smoke

9:47 The Can't Touch This T-shirt is actually fairly easy to get: simply complete The Fleeca Job Finale. The Armored Kuruma will make it very hard to take damage. I have had that shirt for years, and I was not really trying, nor did I even know that the reward existed at the time I unlocked it. I used to grind The Fleeca Job with one friend countless times in the past, back when it was one of the easiest ways to make money without too many other players.

For the Blonde Racing tattoo, play new races on the day R* adds them. The WR wont update for at least a day and you'll just be racing against the default time

I’m certain they got removed from the game completely, I held on to mine on purpose because I knew they were extremely rare only for rockstar to remove them from my inventory a couple years ago.

Highflyer parachute was also available last year and a year before on April 20, and patriot tire smoke is available each year on independance day week.

I have the racing blonde tattoo, thanks to a server bug. For a few days after the street racing update one of the street racing series tracks would handout world records almost at random when you finished a lap. They fixed that bug really quick. I didn't hack or cheat so I wear it with pride and giggle a little.

Stupid thing about bunker resupply missions is the stash houses can make that difficult when the damn stash house ends up refilling your bunker for you.

I actually was, or still am the world record holder for a Rockstar created race, I achieved it on console, no cheats or glitches, I just play a lot of gran tourismo or at least enjoy it, and I'm one of the proud owners of the racing blonde tattoo!

And the reason I said "Was" is because I haven't yet checked if my record has been over thrown, not to mention I feel like as TGG said, a modder took my thrown!

I remember a while back me and some friends completed criminal mastermind. I also got the cant touch this achievement as well, its quite easy when you're the pilot during the prison break heist or the helicopter flyer during the humane labs raid.

I have all plushies except the wasibi kitty, been working on that FOREVER.
Quick tip: if you're claw is close to picking one up but the plushie doesn't wiggle, move the machine or switch lobbies and it'll start working again.

I had ground fireworks in my inventory since 2014 but an update around 2018 that updated the inventory menu actually removed it as an option so actually nobody has them anymore.

Plushie odds are about 1/20 for the regular cats and rarer odds for the others... i got em all! You also get a t-shirt for each plushie and also a penthouse decoration that nobody ever talks about!

I actually have the "Can't Touch This" shirt unlocked and how I got it was extremely a stroke of luck

Was playing with complete randoms during prison break heist as the prisoner and my guard was an absolute madlad that brought the armored kuruma inside the prison
Took 0 damage in that finale

also I didn't know the panther jacket was rare cause I've had it for the longest time and didn't even know how I got it
