She stands for her family, their businesses, and the conglomerates. NOT the people.

I don't know about her family groundback, but since her family is getting close connection with Cambodian infamous and long lasting leader MR Hun Sen, so they are all kind of the same corrupt.

She stands for her dad, the elites, and the parasitic monarch.

The politics of Thailand are not democratic because independent organizations such as the Constitutional Court, the National Reform Council, and the Election Commission are not fair and are under the orders of those with more power than the government. After the coup in 2014, the government issued an undemocratic constitution, appointed 250 senators, and had the power to vote for the prime minister, while these senators were in charge of receiving orders from a group of powerful people who had power over the government that came from the people's election. The Thai government had to compromise with these powerful people and could not work as the majority of the people wanted. A young political party could not form a government even though it had the most votes because the people in power opposed it. It is very sad.

Laughably unqualified daughter of the country's richest tycoon she hasn't a clue what life is like for the ordinary people. But people worship money so there you are. Plus she does look nice.

They only party less corrupt has been banned. Free money does not exist. Either the country plunges further in debt or has to raise/create more

The interview with Jakrapob Penkair was interesting. It's rare to get an insider view on these matters. Western media usually sticks to Westerners giving off their opinions about non-Western countries.
