I talk to God all day long. I even ask him many questions about what I should do. I believe He answers, readily.
His voice to me is a quiet whisper always positive and ❤ full of Love for my well-being. I ask what to read in the bible and we talk about what I had read.
I pray and read for about an hour. Honestly not every day. Most days. I try to get up earlier to be able to do that.
On the days that I don't do that, they feel lopsided and out of sinc.
I choose God's Joy daily.
This is how I came outbof 30yrs of Chronic Depression, Panic Disorders and Post Traumatic Stress. God can heal your inner emotions and mental anguish. Its all in the Bible. Read it.
