@Pool School Great videos, thank you! Helped me learn how to back flush and recharge my DE filter with the push/pull valve. Any tips for keeping wasps out/away from the pool? They are coming from someone else’s yard, land on the water, drink then fly away to tell the next one.

This is interesting. I read to backwash at 10psig above your starting pressure. For me that is every 2-3 months, or about mid season.

How often should you do a full wash down of the grids and add new DE?
Meaning you open the filter assembly and rinse out the grids adding completely new DE.
