This building was once the tallest building closest to the water in Williamsburg when I first moved to the city. Such a special home.

I swear if I had the money I would not think twice to buy this loft.

Must be a nightmare to heat and cool that place.

The fixtures are all extremely nice, but I think they’re forgetting they sell these places unfurnished.

Everyone working so hard to defend their choices

I swear they always make the blandest and cold looking space and just slap “Japanese” or “Asian” as their style inspiration.

We have a minimalist design ethos, not corporate lobby/waiting room style!

a little melodramatic with the tone and background music. its a loft in brooklyn. you can furnish it however you want if you buy it.

Looks dark, cold and bare. Not homely but industrial commercial space. Appreciate this is the owners style but don’t see what warranted so much work stripping back to concrete.

3, 5 years to do what?! Not impressed at all. Looks like a bare room where they just threw in some furniture.

There is a pile of junk in the one corner. This is the down side of open space. Its not practical.

Looks basic. Sorry. But my opinion. I love lofts but this one is plain.
