Very good demonstration of performance review, just 2 suggestions 1) it will be good if you add in reviewing or summarizing some on going improvement topics from regular 1-1. 2) I think normally, the employee will not be very active especially when they receive constructive feedback, manager should be more active, provide specific examples and guidance for improvement.

All the "umm" and "like" and "you know" language from the manager was super annoying and distracting and took away from the message
