I really loved your garden, everything about it, it is beautiful, I can hear it is your voice all your proudness and you should be, a garden no matter the size takes so much time and effort and something that you can be proud of, Thanks for sharing

just came across your post....yeah way late, but still enjoyed your video. I'm 65 yr old gardener (also in zone 6A just south of you in Ohio) and you brought back good memories of my own amazement at any gardening success early on. You are doing fantastic for a second year gardener. Growfully with Jenna is another 6A gardener who has a great channel you can learn from as she has lots more experience than your average gardener. My only suggestion is too add some good hardneck garlic to your garden (Music or Italian Red grow best for me). Grows well in our zone and very easy/tolerant plant that also compliments tomatoes, onions, peppers. Look forward to your continued garden knowledge growth and enjoyment. Best.

I like that you have used soil bags at the ends of your raised beds to extended your garden space. Also... the flowers you planted may discourage some pests but they also pull in pollinators. Two flowering plants that are easy to start and are great additions to your garden are chamomile and borage. If you were to plant them, I would suggest the soil bags particularly with borage. I have had gardens since the early 1970s, and until two years ago I never had borage... what an amazing garden plant...

Lovely garden! Yes, the Thai chili do stand up straight. Very prolific and a staple in Indian cooking. I get enough to freeze and since they’re used during initial sautéing, softening of peppers post thawing isn’t an issue.

Your raised beds look great. I understand they took a lot of time to build... but my experience with raised beds is that the build time is minor compared to the time and effort to fill the beds. 2 years ago I built 10 raised beds... 4x12 and about 20 inches high... and WOW I did really underestimate the cost and effort to fill.

I am amazed at your pepper crop... in June and in Michigan!!?? ... when did you plant your pepper seeds? I live north of you in the Traverse City area and I seldom see much of a pepper crop until late July. Nice garden and WOW only your second year of gardening. SUPER!
